Job Description

  • Perform gemstone setting on watches, following the company’s quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to understand the specific requirements of each model.
  • Work with precision to set various types of stones, including diamonds, sapphires, and other precious stones.
  • Ensure compliance with high quality standards for stone safety and fastening.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of crimping processes.

Profile

  • Demonstrated experience as a Watch Gem-Setter, ideally in a prestigious watchmaking company.
  • In-depth knowledge of gem-setting techniques and different types of watches.
  • Advanced skills in gemstone handling.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with great precision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
