Job Description

This role involves delivering excellent customer service to European clients and sales personnel while also providing ad hoc reports and supporting the sales team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to our European customers and sales team.
  • Managing client orders, checking and processing data.
  • Updating customer records in the database and files.
  • Solving customer queries through email and phone correspondence.
  • Resolving customer issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Dealing with logistics, checking stock levels and product availability, verifying deliveries, and receipts.
  • Compiling ad hoc reports as required.
  • Liaising with and supporting our Sales Team.

Profile

  • Previous professional experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent German and English are essential.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, team player.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Outlook.
