Head of HR – Lausanne – June 2023 (H/F)

Our client, an international company based near Lausanne is looking for their next Head of HR.

As part of the Senior Management Team, you will report directly to the CEO and be in charge of the following:

Job Description

Managing all HR-related services (personnel administration, salary and social insurance management, recruitment, professional and continuing training, secretariat and reception, canteen and maintenance)
To act proactively to achieve the objectives set by the Board and the Board of Directors
Manage Corporate Governance & Compliance for the HR part, ensure compliance with the Regulations, LTr and CCT
Develop an innovative organisational culture based on strong values in line with the Target Operating Model)
Implement innovative practices to attract talent, motivate and develop all staff
Managing conflict and crisis, supporting change
Part of the Direction Team

Profile

Higher education HES/UNI or equivalent in the field of social sciences (law, psychology)
Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law and human capital management
Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources management in an industrial environment
Ability to communicate at all levels of the hierarchy and with social partners
Organiser and motivator, stress resistant, available, discreet
Creative and open to technical developments and evolutionary changes
Knowledge of office automation tools and SAP
Trilingual French, German AND English (Mandatory)
