Job Description
Providing a high level of customer service, you will:
- Manage all day-to-day operations (including staffing, training, sales, visual merchandise, store opening and closing, & administration)
- Lead and develop the store team
- Drive sales performance goals
- Take full responsibility for Health & Safety
Profile
You have:
- 3 years’ experience as a store manager
- Experience leading a team of 10 or more sales assistants
- Strong understanding of working within a service focused store
- Fluent in German & strong conversational level of English
