Movers+Shakers is a niche creative studio, specialized in spreading joy & breaking engagement records. Much of our work uses original music and dance to bring brand stories to life, with the creative vision of Geoffrey Goldberg, our chief creative (and a Broadway performer and director). Our clients include Warner Bros, e.l.f. Cosmetics, NYX, Bliss, DSW, Peppa Pig, and Match.com. We make bright and colorful video ads for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. We write original music for brands. You also may have seen or participated in one of our TikTok campaigns.
We’re a tiny team of entrepreneurially-minded people. You’ll be working super closely with the whole team as we pitch & execute digital marketing campaigns across industries. Lead and project manage internal and external teams, to successfully produce and run multi-faceted digital campaigns.
Create project plans, timelines and budgets, and keep everything moving smoothly to meet schedules and budgets.
Work directly with content creators, influencers, and production partners in the development and execution of these campaigns.
Work cross-functionally with account management and creative teams.
Communicate with brands and partner agencies, managing client requests, and exceeding expectations. Champion our client’s brand positioning and business KPIs, and balance these with creative innovation.
Work with clients to get their input, feedback, and approvals on our work.
Develop and manage project timelines, production and posting schedules, budgets, and invoicing.
Find, hire, and manage a team of content creators to produce original content.
Write creative briefs for content creators.
Develop and implement processes, systems, and documents to improve strategy and operational efficiency.
Work simultaneously on multiple clients’ programs within tight deadlines, seeing projects through from start to finish.
2-6 years of client-facing account management, project management, and/or production experience in a marketing setting
Extensive experience managing social media campaigns
Experience with and interest in TikTok
Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond
Keen eye for detail with the foresight to think about the bigger picture
Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously
