Overview

AECOM is seeking a talented experienced Audio/Video Theatre Technician in the City of Sandy Springs. This is an excellent position for someone that is interested in working daily on all facets of audio/video theatre type productions.

Responsiblities include but not limited to:

Maintaining, operating and installing A/V equipment in auditorium, conference centers and theatre environments
Test/trouble shoot new installations and operating systems to ensure operational reliability
Provide expert guidance on upgrading and investing in A/V and audio equipment for APL’s facilities.
Will also lead and coordinate with other technical theatre crew related to production elements such as lighting/electrics, audio, carpentry, rigging, costumes/wardrobe, properties, and scenic artistry providing high level quality service.
Minimum requirements:

High school degree
6 years of demonstrated experience in the audio/video production industry
Preferred:

Advanced education specific to audio/video technician production
Experience with audio/video technician productions in a variety of areas such as conventions, theatre productions, conference rooms, training productions.
