Zendesk is looking for a Producer who can bring order to chaos without losing their cool. This role sits on our Design Operations Team, but lives with our Video Team. You will collaborate with all sorts of creatorseditors, animators, writers, designersand will help us build the best possible relationships with our internal partners around the company.

The day-to-day:
Guide and inform stakeholders, help them to guide and inform the Video Team
Coordinate post-production to keep track of assets, facilitate handoffs, and ensure completion and delivery of work
Plan productions ranging from scrappy, in-house projects to large scale commercial shoots; working with freelance line producers when needed
Manage project intake and team to-dos, prioritize one-off tasks amongst larger project deliverables
Partner with Brand Program Manager and Video Team Leadership to plan quarterly workload and resourcing
Work with other producers to create consistent processes across the entire Brand Team
Maintain and extend our network of freelance creative partners, support global teams to ensure outsourced assets are high-quality and on brand

What you bring to the role:
3-5 years of in-house brand or creative agency experience, B2B experience is a plus
Proficiency in creative project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with all areas of video production, or an eagerness to learn
The ability to keep a calm, creative energy under pressure
Leadership through influence, a focus on relationship building
Solutions-oriented thinking, a roll up your sleeves and get it done attitude
