Wells Fargo’s In-House Agency (IHA) is looking for a Sr. Video Producer to drive and coordinate video projects in our video creative and production team and tightly coordinate projects with our digital campaign management teams to deliver high-impact video across every screen Wells Fargo marketing touches.

More specifically, we’re looking for a project management Zen-master with serious passion for video production in every form, from fast, fresh social content to direct marketing campaigns, conferences/in-store installations and broadcast productions.

This person will have a proven ability to identify and manage critical path through video projects, has the know-how to organize and run efficient productions, and is a “connector” who can network with internal and external teams to marshal the resources needed to reliably deliver great results and help evolve the Wells Fargo brand in today’s marketplace.

Working at a senior level, the ideal candidate will be able to coordinate multiple/serial projects or initiatives and maintain program-wide planning, management, status and efficiency and may oversee the work of others to deliver on producer functions.

This Sr. Video Producer will sit in San Francisco, joining a vibrant in-house agency that has gone through a dramatic transformation in the last 24 months. We’re rebuilding the Wells Fargo brand while building an agency community of inclusiveness and camaraderie.

The Sr. Video Producer will report into our Digital Video Leader and will take their place on a powerful bench of video talent, featuring in-house production and motion-graphics experts who share responsibility for digital innovation and adoption across marketing teams and programs at Wells Fargo.

In partnership with other agency team members, this person will project manage campaign-level work across various Wells Fargo Lines of Business – while also developing programs and techniques that distinctly express our brand and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Planning and coordination of video or motion graphics production for integrated marketing campaigns across our various LOB’s
Coordination across related and serial productions to maintain consistent quality and story continuity – potentially through use of structured guidelines and direction to align separate production efforts
Facilitating a team of outstanding motion graphics editors in successful end-to-end project delivery
Serving as an agency knowledge bank for video expression, planning and production
Oversight of other Video Producers or Producer Contractors
Comprehensive documentation in support of internal creative teams and clients in development and approval of strategic, video concepts from storyboard through animatic to final cut
Partnering with Account, Strategy, Creative, Interactive Production and Project Management colleagues to ensure on-time and on-brief execution and delivery
Ensuring adherence to best practices and adoption of new approaches that put our team at the top of their game and our brand ahead of the competition
Working closely with other creative team leaders to build our culture of inspired talent and creative problem solvers
Representing the IHA team in both internal and client presentations, effectively communicating both strategic quality and creative rationale
Maintaining a thorough and current awareness of the competitive and cultural landscape as it pertains to communications in digital/social/mobile customer touchpoints

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the following: communications, human factors, information sciences, graphic, and visual arts

Desired Qualifications
Digital marketing campaign experience
Video production experience
A BS/BA degree or higher

Other Desired Qualifications
5+ years of marketing/advertising project management experience
3+ years as a video producer
Demonstrated experience developing video production documentation (scripts, shot lists, production schedules, budgets)
Well versed in creating video content for various channels including pre-roll, in-store, installations and events, direct digital (websites/landing pages), social media, and broadcast
Breadth of experience in production formats and editing techniques including 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, explainers, journalistic, coordinated multi-episode production, post-production processes etc.
Understanding of best-in-class execution of video with operational compliance
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Resourceful, self-motivated and passionate about video technique and programming content
A diplomatic approach to giving and receiving feedback and critiques
Advanced skills in relevant video production software platforms, including the Adobe After Effects and the breadth of plug-ins and freestanding tools for CG production
A willingness to look beyond the day-to-day work stream and seek out opportunities
A commitment to ongoing, productive collaboration and teamwork with agency teams as well as with client partners
Marketing agency experience and/or a combination of in-house/client-side experience

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
