Founders Media Group is looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator who will work closely with our media producer to assist her in all operational aspects of the company. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate individual who can support our media producer to ensure that all client deadlines are met and operational support is prevalent within our social media, marketing, and editing teams.

Founders Media Group is a boutique media production company that produces an array of media content including television shows, podcasts, websites, webinars, and more! Founders Media Group’s clients include Silicon Valley VCs, founders, and entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

Schedule calls & meetings
Provide operational support within our social media, marketing, and editing teams
Support producer in managing budget & expenses
Aid producer in creating media content for clients:
Research media strategy and/or content in-house and for clients
Set-up initial platforms & pages for media production/content
Assist producer in operations and communications for tv/film production
Organize, create, and execute marketing campaigns
Write blog and website content
Communicate with web developers for website(s)
Support daily operational functions of Founders Media Group

Skills & Qualifications

Education: College degree or commensurate experience.
Strong writing and computer literacy with Gsuite and MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with Email Marketing Software, like Mailchimp is a plus.
Organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through, ability to work on multiple tasks in a growing and changing environment.
A self-starter: ability to perform duties with minimum of supervision and able to complete projects from start to finish.
Ability to be positive, adaptable and maintain professional decorum under stress
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team orientated, small office environment

Desired Qualifications

Educational and/or work experience within the entrepreneurial, marketing, and/or media industry
Background in copywriting and/or content creation
