Summary of Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate creative producer to join a small but mighty team of creatives, account / project managers and strategists in a dynamic role within one the biggest, most iconic brands in the world : Sprite.


Work collaboratively with content creators, creatives and other partners to create innovative, compelling creative
Review creative scripts and / or concepts to weigh in on viability of the idea (taking into consideration timing, cost and resources needed)
Generate rough cost estimates of concepts
Create and update production and post production timelines, as needed
Present production plans to all levels of clients and strategic partners
Assess, articulate and manage any potential timing or production issues or specific production approaches
Build out production & post production for client approved concept, including : Create formal production estimate and route to client for approvalLiaise between Business Manager and Client Finance department to generate POBrief content creator(s) on concepts and next stepsBuild Pre-
Production deck (similar to PPM book)Supervise all production and post-productionEnsure proper file packaging and deliver final assets to Project ManagerWrap out project financials / insurance / legal

Depending on concept, the Producer may also be required to : Solicit casting agents for submissions based on creative specsSubmit casting to creative team & client for approvalsWork with Business Management to book talent or outside InfluencersHire any freelance crew, graphic designers, VFX artists, etc.

Qualifications :

6+ years of previous hands-on production experience
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and the deadline-oriented environment of social media advertising
Possesses solid interpersonal, collaborative andcommunicationskills, a level head and a kind disposition
Fluent in social media trends and the landscape in general
Must be familiar with Google Docs and Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects
Experience working withincreative teams and working effectively with internal and external partners
Experience shooting and editing a plus
