The Live Streaming Technical Video Producer will join the Photo & Video production team who tells the stories of how Habitat builds strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter. The team provides exceptional photography, video production and media services for the global organization, including creative conception, pre-production, post-production and motion graphics support.

This is initially a two-year, funded position . The Live Streaming Technical Video Producer will play a significant role in the planning, coordination and management of virtual event production from concept to post-production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Director – Photo/Video, the production team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop the run of show for each specific event.
Work with HFHI’s creative team to make sure all assets for the production are prepared on time for implementation.
Pre-produce content for pre-recorded and live events by combining creative, animations, and pre-recorded videos.
Produce live events according to the client’s run-of-show.
Coordinate with live participation of hosts and speakers in the recording of sessions and live events.
Deliver exceptional response times to all client issues, with the expectation that occasional work will be completed outside of working hours which may be required for the dates of the event.
Post-production editing and captioning of live stream clips for our YouTube channel.
Assist with general video production and editing as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required :

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in film, television or video production (or related field)
Years of Related Experience: 5 years of video production experience within the video or events industry with proven success managing projects and relationships from a service delivery perspective
2+ years of operating experience with Wirecast / VMIX or similar tools.
Ability to troubleshoot, adapt quickly and respond calmly in a live broadcast environment

Proficient in:
o Adobe Creative Cloud

o Premiere Pro

o After Effects

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Thorough documentation and follow-up practices
Ability to absorb and respond to creative feedback
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Motivated team player with strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
