Bento Box Entertainment, a leading producer of primetime animation for broadcast and cable networks, home entertainment as well as multimedia platforms is currently looking for talent to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia.

VFX Coordinator

Communicating with overseas vendors concerning schedules, shot direction, notes, deliveries.
Working closely with Comp Supervisor and Post Production Supervisor, keeping both up to date on episode and department status.
Scheduling, tracking, adjusting artist workloads.
Shotgun entry & basic upkeep.
Prepping materials for delivery with precision and accuracy.
Taking clear and accurate notes for creative and technical reviews.
Managing the in/out transfer of materials and deliveries through Aspera, Global Data, etc.

Minimum 2 years of VFX Coordinator experience within the TV and Film industry.
A fundamental understanding of VFX workflows, schedules and budgeting.
Shotgun experience preferred.
Excel, Google docs, MS Office, Frame IO.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple episodes across series.
Proven accuracy and organizational experience.
Basic understanding of VFX pipeline and lingo.
Experience with data transfer systems, Aspera, Global Data, etc.
Must be extremely organized and good time management skills.
