Video/Motion Designer Senior

· Develops and executes visual concepts, themes, and comps for high-impact deliverables and assets, including storyboards, explainer animations, 3D assets, titles, composites, cinemagraphs, video executive summaries, narrative videos; conduct video/photo setups and shoots
· Translates creative briefs into understandable and compelling assets that enhance communication, persuade viewers, and distinguish the Deloitte brand; Factors in client feedback, legal guidelines, and other requirements
· Works with PPMDs, content specialists, art directors, and other designers as well as agencies and vendors to iterate drafts, edit text and visuals, and perform quality checks
· Coordinates all aspects of production; Oversees delivery of finished materials
· Manages work to ensure on-time delivery for all projects
· Understands key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets.
