Summary of Qualifications

This role will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of all aspects of video and photography production. This includes project managing conceptualization, scripting, producing, directing, shooting, and editing short-form content. This role focuses heavily on acting as the project and editorial lead in the creative development and production of video content and live events for Revel Systems. This role allows the opportunity to set the creative tone for media assets at Revel.

Responsibilities

Responsible for, but not limited to shooting/editing case studies, training videos, product videos, company wide presentations, commercials, internal and external company videos, event photography, product photography, and portrait photography
Develop scripts, shot lists, create and review treatments, rough cuts, fine cuts, and other materials
Collaborate with fellow creative partners to develop creative strategies and solutions for presentation and media deployment
Manage production resources, assets and staff on a project-by-project basis as well as overall equipment budget
Create and monitor milestones, schedules and budgets in tandem with Revel Marketing team to ensure timely, current and cost effective productions
As required for assigned project, coordinate and communicate with other Revel departments
Coordinate with third-party video producers as needed
As assigned, provide on-location production services based on demonstrated skill and expertise level
Conceptualize and execute compelling live web-based events geared towards the education community
Having a well organized file structure for file retrieval and shared projects
Other production projects as needed
Competencies

Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Compression software and formats
Expert DSLR camera usage
Experience with Adobe After-effects for basic motion graphics
Experience with Lightroom/Photoshop for basic photography editing
Experience with Screenflow or any other screen-capturing software
Ability to perform individually and as a member of the team
Demonstrate attention to detail and organization skills
Interact effectively with all levels of management and other employees
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
The ability to interpret the needs of a Project, as well as make suggestions about how the edit should flow and meet deadlines
Ability to self-start and drive your own projects from ideation to creation
Strong communication and story telling skills
