Duties & Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with marketing teams and internal clients to produce video content for company announcement and events, promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects utilizing digital editing software and various types of cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones and other equipment; assist in transport, set up, staging and operation of equipment.
Adhere to standardized style, pacing, look and feel for DLV videos for internal and external communication.
Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.
Attend and participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities.
Utilizing professional digital camera equipment, record video footage and photographic images for corporate events, products, people and destinations.
Work with motion graphics and interactive software to produce original and aesthetically pleasing animated and/or interactive content for marketing, training or informational videos.
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or combination of education and experience
Knowledge of camera equipment and video editing tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) required
Knowledge of MS Office Suite required
Must demonstrate strong English language, spelling and grammar skills
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner
Ability to create visually engaging motion graphics and animations.
Have an eye for engaging visuals, understand motion, animation, scaling, and timing, display strong typography skills
Understand the technical aspects of video production, such as staging, sound, and lighting
Ability to operate cameras, work with lighting, and use microphones to shoot videos and record audio.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator
Portfolio demonstrating above skills
Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
A good sense of timing and visual awareness.
Must have the ability to work independently; possess strong organizational and proofreading skills; and have exceptional attention to detail.
Understanding of graphic/visual design first principles including typography, composition, layout, color, iconography, and information design.
Awareness of digital and social media design and best practices that includes a thorough understanding of user-centric design practices.
Ability to present concepts, in-progress design work and final products to key stakeholders in an agile iterative approach.
Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple, complex projects/deadlines simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
