Overview

The Digital Content Specialist is a natural storyteller skilled in using videos, images, graphics and/or audio to create content that keeps employees informed of what’s happening through all internal channels at Delta, with a focus on Workplace by Facebook (aka: SkyHub) The successful candidate will manage content creation that engages through inspiring stories and that celebrate our culture. Our ideal candidate has demonstrable creative skills, meets deadlines, manages multiple projects and upholds brand standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
Sourcing, producing, and editing compelling stories from employees across the company in collaboration with Digital Engagement team and business partners
Write, create and produce various types of videos that will be used by the Global Talent Team, Diversity & Inclusion, etc. for development and strengthening our culture
Create engaging, compelling, original multimedia content that will drive interactions, support HR business partners and grow our adoption of Workplace
Managing the digital calendar and ensuring deadlines are met
Provide feedback to other contributors, contribute the existing programs and edit others’ content for continuous video content publishing across all internal channels
Further develop the HR Brand and push Delta’s Global Talent Team towards becoming an Employer Brand
Implement SkyHub LIVE strategy to improve leader adoption and usage while driving divisional business goals
Develop visual strategies for HR Service Delivery, HR Communications, Global Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Effectiveness
Build and leverage cross-divisional relationships to partner on effectively capturing multiple story angles from a single subject
Create options to implement a video equipment package that will suit multiple use cases for a variety of budgets and skillsets within divisions

BA or BS and 3+ years marketing, design and video content creation experience required
Masters preferred or equivalent job experience
Experience in large, complex corporate structures
Experience creating, producing, editing and managing video content
Ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of Delta
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
Experience and knowledge in digital and video content best practices
Experience with content management systems is required
Skilled with Canva, Adobe Suite including Premier Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite, etc.
Audio/Video equipment expertise as a subject matter expert
