Floor & Decor


This position is responsible for video and animation related projects under the direction of the Sr. Videographer. In addition to external, customer-facing videos, this includes internal videos which may contain sensitive content meant only for Company-wide distribution.

Essential Functions

-Take direction from Sr. Videographer, Director of -Content, and essential partners from the Creative Team
-Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced corporate environment
-Keep project files in clear organizational functionality
-Ensure consistency with company’s core messaging and branding, as well as business goals and objectives
-Edit concurrent videos (and all other post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing using Premiere, After Effects, and/or other industry standard software)
-Effectively interpret needs and develop creative/technical solutions that are in line with business strategy
-Ensure content is creative, is error-free, brand right, and on time
-Keep video studio clean and organized
-Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment)

Limited travel required including air and car travel

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.


Minimum Eligibility Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Videography or Accredited -Certification required, relevant work experience will be considered
-2+ years of experience in video shooting, editing, post production, audio recording/editing and related software (specifically Adobe software)
-Knowledge of basic video studio equipment and equipment necessary for on-location production
-Possess up-to-date knowledge of technology and equipment
-Must be able to understand process and re-encode videos as necessary for different mediums
-Must be able to perform all aspects of production, including but not limited to:
-2D Motion Graphic Animation
-Audio Recording
-Production Assistant (On larger shoots)
-Operation of all video-related equipment
-Basic Lighting
-Adobe software (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Must be able to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently
-Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
