Country Manager France

We’re working with a major player in the solar industry. As the Country Manager, you’ll lead the establishment and expansion of their presence in France while driving business growth.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the market development strategy to meet our client’s objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with headquarters to create a comprehensive business plan focusing on customer acquisition, revenue, and margins, with a strong emphasis on our client’s online business system.
  • Take full responsibility for profit & loss, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and develop teams to ensure optimal performance.
  • Define a growth plan aligned with our client’s business strategy.
  • Identify, secure, develop, and track the growth of a portfolio of mid-sized clients, including installers and wholesalers.
  • Manage the entire customer journey and explore opportunities to enhance online services in collaboration with the relevant business departments.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities in the solar industry while maintaining our client’s brand proposition.
  • Coordinate the economic optimization of the country organization to achieve planned sales and margin targets in France.
  • Be responsible for monitoring and driving digital marketing activities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with practical knowledge of business development.
  • A proven track record in business development and an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of the online (digital sales/e-commerce) market and the required logistics structure.
  • Fluency in French and a very good command of English.
  • Willingness to travel within France and internationally to headquarters.
